What Milebankr is

Milebankr is a planning tool. It records the airline mileage balances and the cash and award prices that you enter, and it shows you a recommendation based on that information. It does not search for flights, hold seats, or book anything on your behalf.

Recommendations are guidance, not advice

Cash-versus-miles recommendations are calculated from the numbers you enter and from published baseline valuations for each loyalty program. Airline pricing, award availability and program rules change constantly. Always confirm the price and availability with the airline before booking. Milebankr is not responsible for booking decisions or their outcome.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your Milebankr password secure.
• You must be old enough to hold an account under the law where you live.
• Never store airline passwords, PINs, or full account numbers in Milebankr.

Households and roles

A household has one Owner. Owners can invite and remove members and manage everything in the household. Admins can manage travelers' accounts and trips, but cannot change ownership or remove the Owner. Travelers can view their household's data and manage their own airline accounts. Anyone you invite will be able to see the household's mileage balances and trips.

Acceptable use

Don't use Milebankr to break an airline's loyalty program terms, to scrape or resell data, or to store other people's information without their knowledge.

Beta service

Milebankr is in an early private beta and is provided as-is, without warranty. Features may change or be removed, and occasional downtime is possible. Keep your own record of anything you can't afford to lose.

Ending your use

You can stop using Milebankr at any time and request deletion of your account and data through the in-app feedback form. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
