The short version
Milebankr stores the small amount of information needed to track your household's airline mileage balances and compare cash against miles for a trip. We never ask for airline passwords or loyalty account logins, and we do not sell your data.
What we store
- Your email address and display name.
- Your household name and the members you invite, with their roles.
- Airline programs, mileage balances you enter manually, an optional last four digits of an account number, and any notes you add.
- Trips, travelers on each trip, and the cash and award prices you enter.
- Feedback you choose to send us from inside the app.
What we never store
- Airline or loyalty program passwords, PINs, or security answers.
- Full loyalty account numbers.
- Payment card numbers — Milebankr does not process payments.
- Passport, date-of-birth, or other travel-document details.
Who can see your data
Your data is scoped to your household. Only active members of your household can see its travelers, airline accounts and trips, and every read and write is enforced by database-level access rules rather than by the interface alone. Members you remove lose access immediately, while the household's historical records are kept.
Deleting your data
The household Owner can remove any member at any time from the Travelers page. If you want your account and its data deleted entirely, send a request from the feedback form inside the app or email us, and we will delete it.
We send only account and household email: sign-in confirmations, password resets, and family invitations. Milebankr does not send marketing email.
Beta status
Milebankr is in an early private beta. Features and this policy may change; material changes will be reflected on this page.
